I recorded these sounds on the end of June at Cap Frehel at noon, Bretagne - France You can hear some tourists on the left side from time to time. This place is a paradise for birds. It was very windy so i used the long hair windjammer from Cinela to protect the Schoeps MS setup. Still i added a high pass filter to cut a bit the hard wind. This is a 12 minutes creation with sounds i've been fishing around during my vacation in Izmir (Turkey). I built it as a journey, starting the morning by going to the food bazar, walking in the streets, watching a local football match, wedding, an evening diner with locals singing until the next morning call to prayer at 5am (ezan). Please use headphones or a pair of stereo speakers. All sounds are recorded with MS technique using schoeps microphones in a cinela suspension.

5:32am / Approx. 300 meters from the mosque, definitely not the best reader i've heard (he had a problem that makes it authentic at 3:55 obviously) The echoes in the near mountains are really nice. Every saturday in the neighborhood of my grand mother in law Şemikler Pazarı takes place. lots of beautiful vegetables and really nice turkish products. I try to not do any eye contact cause people doesnt really understand what am i doing here with that equipment, we can see the taken aback faces of some !
